- Shipping cost is based on your purchase and destination (see below for examples)
- Orders may be called in to the Café Tuesday thru Saturday 9am - 2pm eastern standard time 207-677-3911
- Buns are shipped Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (with the exception of major holidays). Your shipping day will be determined by the location and shipping method. During busy times of the year same week ordering/shipping is not guaranteed
- The
Cupboard Café does not ship during the months
of June July and August
- Orders must be placed by 2pm EST for the possibility
of next day shipment
- Multiple orders with more than one shipping address must be placed individually, or phoned in directly to The
Cupboard Café at 207-677-3911, Tuesday thru Saturday 9am-2pm EST.
- Buns will arrive at your door fully cooked, ready to be warmed. Use right away, or store in your freezer for up to two months.
- Heat in microwave oven (preferred method) or conventional
oven (detailed instructions on the bottom of package).
- Remove all packaging before warming.
- We we will customize a gift enclosure note (see gift message box).
- If recipient is not present, the shipper will leave the package. No signature is required. It is the purchasers responsibility to make sure the recipient's shipping address is correct and that they are available for delivery.
- Any special instructions should be listed in the gift
message box.
- Allergy Alert: Processed in a facility that uses soy, dairy, wheat and peanut products.
- Despite best efforts, occassionally nut shells can be
found with products containing nuts.
- To ensure product availability, Christmas orders must be received before December 15th.

All shipments to these states are sent USPS Priority Mail.
They have an expected 2-3 day delivery time. The post office does not guarantee
this. If you require a guarantee we can upgrade you to UPS 3 day but you
would need to call the café directly to make this happen and your
cost willl be calculated according to your details.
